Jaha officers ek mahila ko nikal rahe the louis ne is hadse ko record karke ek local news channel ko bech diya. Ye to bas ek shurwat thi dhire dhire Louis ek famous crime scene record karne wala ban jata hai. Shaher me jaha bhi crime hota hai Louis us jagah par hota hai or kamal ki baat ye hai woh crime hote huye usey record karta hai jiski wajah se uski jaan jane ka khatra badta jata hai. Pr Louis aise crime scene record karne se boht zada mashoor ho jata hai.
